That perspective comes from working in multiple environments. In corporate roles at Fortune 500 companies, I learned how to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, build governance frameworks that scale, and deliver programs where one missed detail could impact thousands of attendees. In agency roles at firms like BCD Meetings & Events, I managed multi-client portfolios and developed the supplier strategies and negotiation skills that consistently delivered 15-25% cost savings.
And as CEO of my own event strategy firm, I've had to operate as both strategist and operator; building client programs while simultaneously managing P&L, vendor relationships, and business development. That experience taught me what it really means to protect budgets, mitigate risk, and deliver ROI.
