My Role

Program Manager, BCD Meetings & Events
End-to-end strategy, multi-country coordination, vendor leadership, audio/visual oversight, budget ownership, and operational execution across six European markets.

Program Overview

This seven-day, multi-city European meeting series brought together 200+ senior leaders and key stakeholders across Brussels, Paris, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, London, and Berlin.

Designed as a coordinated international program rather than a collection of standalone meetings, the series created space for strategic discussions and cross-market alignment in major European business hubs.

Executing across six countries and multiple hotel partners required centralized planning, standardized production protocols, cross-border vendor management, multi-currency oversight, and consistent delivery within varied regulatory environments.

I led the strategic framework and full execution of the series, ensuring continuity between cities, operational precision on-site, and a cohesive experience across all markets.
